With concerns surrounding the pandemic and social distancing, Paramount installed barriers at the request of the Town of West Hartford to create protected outdoor cafes for the local restaurants. With the success of the outdoor seating arrangement, West Hartford has continued to engage Paramount to install and remove the barriers seasonally for the last several years.
